I've been thinking a lot about bees lately as I've been seeing them in my path and have nearly stepped on them a couple of times recently. I saw this quote that is supposedly (yet not proven to be) by Einstein..."If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe then man would only have four years of life left. No more pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more man." Though I don't know if this is a fact, it's definitely something to think about and gives me pause when I see these little guys and think about their part in the beauty of nature and their role on this earth.

I suppose that's a healthier way to look at bees rather than my method of flinging my arms up in the air before running and screaming!
